It’s truly amazing to think about how much our industry (and the world) has changed in the last few months as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only are we working from home, but we’re also learning from home. And while distance learning and virtual facilitation aren’t new concepts, they’ve been pushed into the spotlight, especially as more organizations have been forced into adopting it as part of their learning strategy.
